From pricing advice to listing
Our services start as early as the concept phase of the project. We advise on the v.o.n. prices or rental prices based on market data and comparable projects, on the marketing strategy and positioning of the project, and on the content and structure of the sales documentation, such as the project website, brochures and other presentation materials that potential buyers or tenants need to make a well-informed decision.
As soon as all the information is complete, we list the homes on Funda's new-build platform and, if desired, launch a social media campaign.
From sales event to signed
purchase and construction agreement (KAO)
We organise a sales event or open house at the new-build location, so potential buyers and tenants can get to know the project.
Once the registration period has closed and the draw has taken place, we start with the first sales meetings and/or screen potential tenants.
We then draw up the agreements and facilitate the signing moment.
Our expertise covers various types of new-build projects, from small-scale developments to large-scale projects.
